-Due to the higher video resolution, the dash cam may be hot during using. (no more than 140 ° F). It is normal phenomenon and does not affect normal function.
-If no operation is detected after 1 minute, the device will enter screensaver mode. Press any button will reactivate the screen. If you don’t need this function, you can close the backlight setting. The built-in GPS will start to work several minutes after you turn on the device. During your drive, it is normal for the device to switch between a GPS satellite signal and a non-signaled state. Please be aware that this is not a defect.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
